Things yet to do on V-B.0.2.1:

1) Add -privacy option that will allow for:
     authorization based on binding one to a rwhois user
     encryption of data being sent to the client.

   This is what we are looking at:
     -private <action> <type> [<user_id> <password>]
         action = encrypt (for encrypting display)
         action = authorize
         type = encryption method
         on action = authorize, need to have user_id and passwd.

   We will be looking at this in more detail.

2) Make -register and -forward directives work (-forward is waiting on
   an interpretive option of the client).

3) Add authority_area on xfer directive (right now, get the entire object).

4) Add special attributes that will describe security levels for data display.

5) Better documentation.

6) Better checking in the startup code on the indexer and server for
   misconfigured config files.
